¿Por qué el vehículo puede salir de la ubicación 9 a cualquier hora entre las 2 y las 3? Esto se debe a que, como el tiempo de viaje de la ubicación 9 a la 14 es 3, si el vehículo sale en cualquier momento antes de las 3, llegará a la ubicación 14 antes de la hora 6, que es demasiado temprano para su visita.
