Method: files.delete
透過集合功能整理內容
你可以依據偏好儲存及分類內容。
永久刪除使用者擁有的檔案，且不會移至垃圾桶。詳情請參閱「將檔案和資料夾移至垃圾桶或刪除」。
如果檔案屬於共用雲端硬碟，使用者必須是上層資料夾的 organizer。如果目標是資料夾，系統也會刪除使用者擁有的所有後代項目。

DELETE https://www.googleapis.com/drive/v3/files/{fileId}
這個網址使用 gRPC 轉碼語法。
