Register as a partner

Before you can send messages to users, you need to register as a partner with RCS Business Messaging (RBM). As a partner, you can create agents for brands that you manage and send messages through those agents.

Complete the registration process to sign up for an RBM partner account. With a partner account, your development team can access the RBM API as well as the Management API and the Business Communications Developer Console to create and manage RBM agents.

RBM partner registration interest form

The first step in the registration process is to fill out the RBM Partner Registration Interest Form. If you qualify to be an RBM partner, Google will contact you with the next steps to complete your registration.

Prerequisites

You'll need the following information to complete the form:

Field Description
First name Your first name
Last name Your last name
Job title Your job title in your organization
Corporate email ID Your official email ID using your organization's domain
Google Account email address you want to use for the partner account owner This must be an individual Google Account, not a group account, and it must be tied to your corporate email account. You can't use a gmail address here. (If your organization doesn't use the Google Suite, please create a Google Account that's tied to your corporate email address by following these instructions.) We will enable this Google Account with access to the Business Communications Developer Console. If this account is used to launch agents, the email address that's tied to it will appear (as the agent_owner field) in the RBM billing reports that carriers receive. It's important that a carrier can identify your organization and point of contact for billing from this email address.
