Giới thiệu về giải pháp này

Với giải pháp này, bạn có thể dễ dàng dịch văn bản ngay trong Google Tài liệu, Trang tính và Trang trình bày.

Cách hoạt động

Khi bạn chọn văn bản trong Tài liệu, Trang tính hoặc Trang trình bày rồi nhấp vào Tải lựa chọn trong tập lệnh sẽ sao chép văn bản vào tiện ích bổ sung, dịch và hiển thị văn bản đã dịch.

Theo mặc định, tập lệnh phát hiện ngôn ngữ nguồn và dịch văn bản sang Tiếng Anh. Bạn có thể chỉnh sửa ngôn ngữ nguồn và ngôn ngữ đích.

Dịch vụ Apps Script

Giải pháp này sử dụng các dịch vụ sau:

Điều kiện tiên quyết

Để sử dụng mẫu này, bạn cần có các điều kiện tiên quyết sau đây:

  • Tài khoản Google (Tài khoản Google Workspace có thể yêu cầu quản trị viên phê duyệt).

  • Một trình duyệt web có quyền truy cập vào Internet.

  • Một dự án trên Google Cloud.

Thiết lập môi trường

Mở dự án Cloud trong bảng điều khiển Google Cloud

Mở dự án Cloud mà bạn định sử dụng nếu chưa mở cho mẫu này:

  1. Trong bảng điều khiển Google Cloud, hãy chuyển đến trang Chọn dự án.

  2. Chọn dự án Google Cloud mà bạn muốn sử dụng. Hoặc nhấp vào Tạo dự án rồi làm theo hướng dẫn trên màn hình. Nếu tạo một dự án trên Google Cloud, có thể bạn sẽ phải bật tính năng thanh toán cho dự án đó.

Tiện ích bổ sung của Google Workspace cần bạn thiết lập màn hình đồng ý. Đang định cấu hình màn hình xin phép bằng OAuth của tiện ích bổ sung của bạn sẽ xác định nội dung Google hiển thị cho người dùng.

  1. Trong bảng điều khiển Google Cloud, hãy chuyển đến Trình đơn > API và Dịch vụ > Màn hình xin phép bằng OAuth.

  2. Đối với Loại người dùng, hãy chọn Nội bộ, rồi nhấp vào Tạo.
  3. Hoàn tất biểu mẫu đăng ký ứng dụng, sau đó nhấp vào Lưu và tiếp tục.

  4. Hiện tại, bạn có thể bỏ qua bước thêm phạm vi rồi nhấp vào Lưu và tiếp tục. Trong tương lai, khi bạn tạo một ứng dụng để sử dụng bên ngoài Nếu là tổ chức Google Workspace, bạn phải thay đổi Loại người dùng thành Bên ngoài, sau đó thêm phạm vi uỷ quyền mà ứng dụng của bạn yêu cầu.

  5. Xem lại bản tóm tắt về gói đăng ký ứng dụng của bạn. Để chỉnh sửa, hãy nhấp vào Chỉnh sửa. Nếu ứng dụng có vẻ ổn, hãy nhấp vào Quay lại trang tổng quan.

Thiết lập tập lệnh

Tạo dự án Apps Script

  1. Nhấp vào nút sau để mở Apps Script Dịch dự án.

  2. Nhấp vào biểu tượng Tổng quan .

  3. Trên trang tổng quan, hãy nhấp vào biểu tượng Tạo bản sao Biểu tượng để tạo bản sao.

Sao chép số dự án trên đám mây

  1. Trong bảng điều khiển Google Cloud, hãy chuyển đến Trình đơn > IAM và Quản trị > Cài đặt.

  2. Trong trường Project number (Số dự án), hãy sao chép giá trị.

Đặt dự án trên đám mây của dự án Apps Script

  1. Trong dự án Apps Script đã sao chép, nhấp vào biểu tượng Cài đặt dự án Biểu tượng cho phần cài đặt dự án.
  2. Trong mục Dự án Google Cloud Platform (GCP), hãy nhấp vào Thay đổi dự án.
  3. Trong mục Số dự án GCP, hãy dán số dự án trên Google Cloud.
  4. Nhấp vào Đặt dự án.

Cài đặt hoạt động triển khai thử nghiệm

  1. Trong dự án Apps Script đã sao chép, hãy nhấp vào Trình chỉnh sửa .
  2. Mở tệp Code.gs rồi nhấp vào Run (Chạy). Khi được nhắc, hãy cho phép tập lệnh.
  3. Nhấp vào Triển khai > Kiểm thử các bản triển khai.
  4. Nhấp vào Cài đặt > Xong.

Chạy tập lệnh

  1. Mở một tệp trong Google Tài liệu. Trang tính hoặc Trang trình bày, hoặc tạo một tài khoản mới.
  2. Trên thanh bên phải, hãy mở tiện ích bổ sung Dịch .
  3. Nếu được nhắc, hãy cho phép tiện ích bổ sung này.
  4. Chọn văn bản trong tệp.
  5. Trong tiện ích bổ sung, hãy nhấp vào Get Selection (Tải lựa chọn) > Dịch.
