Blockly là một thư viện web cho phép bạn thêm trình soạn thảo mã dựa trên khối có thể tuỳ chỉnh vào ứng dụng. Trình soạn thảo sử dụng các khối giống như mảnh ghép để biểu thị các khái niệm về mã như biến, biểu thức logic, vòng lặp và nhiều khái niệm khác. Công cụ này cho phép người dùng lập trình mà không phải lo lắng về cú pháp hoặc sự đe doạ của dòng lệnh.
Khi phân tích kỹ hơn, bạn có thể xem Blockly theo hai cách:
Giống như giao diện người dùng dạng trò chơi ghép hình thú vị.
Giống như một trình tạo chuỗi đẹp mắt.
Bạn xác định các mối kết nối và trường đầu vào của câu đố, sau đó Blockly sẽ xử lý việc kết xuất, kéo và kết nối các mối kết nối đó.
