建立新的地區清單。成功時，會傳回新建立的位置清單。

POST https://displayvideo.googleapis.com/v2/advertisers/{advertiserId}/locationLists

這個網址使用 gRPC 轉碼語法。

string (int64 format)

必要欄位。地區清單所屬的 DV360 廣告主 ID。

要求主體

要求主體包含 LocationList 的例項。

回應主體

如果成功，回應主體會包含新建立的 LocationList 例項。
