Each entry point has a unique appearance and appears in a\ndifferent place.\n\nYou can launch agents with the [Non-local](#non-local),\n[Location](#location), and [Brand-managed](#brand) entry point groups, each of\nwhich enables multiple entry points. (Entry point values you receive in messages are defined in the Business\nMessages API's\n[`EntryPoint`](/business-communications/business-messages/reference/rest/v1/EntryPoint).)\nSome entry points pass additional [contextual\ninformation](/business-communications/business-messages/guides/how-to/message/receive#message_context),\nsuch as a `placeId` identifier for a location.\n\nLaunching to an entry point group doesn't guarantee that your agent will\nbe available at all potential entry points within that group.\n| **Note:** Entry point appearance and placement may differ from the following images.\n\nNon-local entry points\n----------------------\n\nThe Non-local entry point group includes all entry points that don't rely\non locations:\n\n- [Featured snippets](#snippets)\n- [Sitelinks](#sitelinks)\n\nTo enable non-local entry points, do the following:\n\n1.
