Webhook
webhook הוא קריאה חוזרת (callback) ב-HTTPS שנוצרה על ידי שותף, שתגובה לאירועים ולהודעות מ-Business Messages. ה-webhook מקבל מ-Business Messages מידע על השיחה ומחליט איך הנציג צריך להשיב, על ידי שליחת הודעות או אירועים.
