RBM 代理程式可以透過多種方式與使用者互動,提供有價值的體驗,並引導使用者進行對話。您可以設計代理程式,提示使用者可能的回答、運用使用者裝置的原生功能,並以最佳方式呈現資訊。
服務專員會與品牌和商家資訊建立關聯,例如顏色、圖片和聯絡資訊。代理的商家檔案包含標誌、橫幅圖片、說明,以及偏好的電話號碼、網站和電子郵件地址。

事件
在 RCS 即時通訊中,服務專員和使用者都可以傳送及接收送達回條、讀取回條和輸入指標。使用者活動會自動將事件傳送給代理程式,代理程式也可以手動將事件傳送給使用者,讓他們知道代理程式已收到訊息或正在處理回覆。

代理程式可以傳送訊息給使用者,包括文字、圖片和影片。

查看地點
「查看位置」動作會在使用者預設的地圖應用程式中顯示位置。您可以透過經緯度指定位置,也可以根據使用者目前的位置提出查詢。你也可以為地圖應用程式中顯示的圖釘設定自訂標籤。

分享位置資訊
「分享位置資訊」動作可讓使用者將位置資訊傳送給服務專員。

開啟網址
「開啟網址」動作可將使用者導向至代理程式指定的網頁。
根據預設,網頁會在使用者瀏覽器中開啟。如果使用者已為網頁設定預設應用程式,系統會改為開啟該應用程式,建議動作按鈕上的圖示也會是該應用程式的圖示。

網頁瀏覽次數
「開啟網址」動作支援網頁檢視畫面,可讓使用者直接在訊息應用程式中開啟指定網頁 (例如付款平台)。
網頁檢視畫面有三種顯示模式:
- 完整:網頁會占滿整個螢幕
- 一半:網頁會佔據一半的畫面
- 高:網頁會占據四分之三的畫面
