Gambar di peta

Anda dapat menambahkan objek ke peta untuk menunjukkan titik, garis, bidang, atau kumpulan objek. Maps JavaScript API menyebut objek ini overlay. Overlay terikat dengan koordinat garis lintang/garis bujur, sehingga ikut bergerak saat Anda menarik atau memperbesar/memperkecil tampilan peta.

Jenis overlay

Peta 3D Fotorealistik di Maps JavaScript API mendukung beberapa jenis overlay berbeda yang dapat Anda tambahkan secara terprogram:

  • Garis-garis pada peta ditampilkan menggunakan polyline, yang ditunjukkan sebagai rangkaian titik berurutan yang dihubungkan dengan segmen garis.
  • Area dengan bentuk arbitrer pada peta ditampilkan menggunakan poligon. Seperti polyline, poligon adalah urutan lokasi. Tidak seperti polyline, poligon mendefinisikan wilayah yang dilingkupinya.
