STATE_WAITING：工作階段正在等待加入會議。如果客戶端很快就獲得核准或拒絕，可能永遠不會觀察到這個狀態。
STATE_JOINED：工作階段已完全加入會議。
STATE_DISCONNECTED：工作階段未連線至會議。
