Para que los usuarios puedan iniciar conversaciones con un agente desde puntos de entrada no locales, debes configurar la información no local del agente. La información no local de un agente determina para qué puntos de entrada es apto. Cuanto más información especifiques para un agente, en más puntos de entrada podrá aparecer.
Tipos de información
Puedes configurar una variedad de información no local para un agente:
Las regiones (regionCodes) son los países y las localidades en los que se permite que el agente inicie puntos de entrada no locales.
Los dominios (enabledDomains) están asociados con el agente y admiten el inicio de conversaciones. Obligatorio para el punto de entrada de vínculos a sitios.
Número de teléfono (phoneNumber) anula otros números de teléfono especificados para las conversaciones iniciadas desde puntos de entrada no locales. Obligatorio para el punto de entrada de teléfono no local.
Números de teléfono de desviación de llamadas (callDeflectionPhoneNumbers) identifica los números de teléfono que se deben mostrar en el punto de entrada teléfono no local.
