Temsilci, kullanıcıların etkileşimde bulunduğu bir sohbet öğesidir. Yönettiğiniz her marka için bir temsilci oluşturursunuz. Business Communications API ile müşteri temsilcileri oluşturup yönetir, Business Messages API ile müşteri temsilcilerinize yönelik mesajlaşmayı kontrol edersiniz.

Temsilci, bir markanın online destek ve fiziksel konumlar (varsa) gibi iş işlevlerini kapsar. Her mesaj, kullanıcının görüşmeyi başlattığı bağlamı içerir. Mesaj yönlendirme altyapınız, kullanıcının belirli bir işletme konumunu görüntüleyip görüntülemediğini veya genel destek alıp almadığını algılayabilir ve iletileri doğru hedefe yönlendirebilir.

Temsilci/marka ilişkisi

Örneğin, bir web sitesi ve iki konumu olan Altın Akçe Bankası markasını yönetiyorsanız tek bir "Altın Akçe Bankası" temsilcisi oluşturursunuz. Kullanıcılar, temsilciyle genel veya konuma dayalı aramalar üzerinden karşılaşabilir. Kullanıcının temsilciyi bulduğu bağlam, her mesajla birlikte webhook'ınıza iletilir. oauth2l'yi yükleme ve test etme

Bu sitenin dokümanlarında yer alan tüm curl isteklerinde kimlik doğrulaması için oauth2l kullanılır. Business Communications ve Business Messages API'lerine bağlanmak için komut satırını kullanmak istiyorsanız oauth2l'yi yükleyin.

oauth2l'yi Python 3 ile yüklemek için:
