אימות באמצעות OAuth

פרוטוקול OAuth מאפשר לנציגים לאמת משתמשים וכדי לספק זהויות מידע בשיחות בצורה מאובטחת. בכך שמשתמשים צריכים להיכנס לחשבון ספק OAuth מהימן, סוכנים יכולים לגשת לנתוני משתמשים כדי לספק תשובות באמצעות אוטומציה ולחסוך זמן לנציגים אנושיים.

אפליקציית Business Messages תומכת ב-OAuth 2.0 עם בקשת האימות הצעה, שתבקש מהמשתמשים להיכנס לספק OAuth שהגדרתם בשביל הסוכן. אחרי שהמשתמש נכנס לחשבון, Business Messages מעבירה הרשאה לשלוח את הקוד בחזרה לנציג כהודעה.

הגדרת OAuth לסוכן

כדי להפעיל את ההצעה לבקשת אימות עבור סוכן, צריך קודם צריך להגדיר את OAuth.
