• 既読通知（READ）は、ユーザーがエージェントからのメッセージを読んだことを示します。

ユーザーは既読通知の送信を無効にできます。オプトアウトしても 既読通知が送信されます。

エージェントからの領収書

ユーザーはエージェントから既読通知を受け取ることができます。

既読通知（READ）は、エージェントがユーザーのメッセージを読んだことを示します。 複数のライブ対応のエージェントが会話を管理している場合は、既読通知が 少なくとも 1 人のエージェントがユーザーのメッセージを読んだことを意味します。
