必要に応じて、コンテンツの保存と分類を行います。
新しいルールリソースを作成します。成功した場合は、新しく作成されたルール リソースを返します。
広告申込情報に割り当てられたアルゴリズムの下でカスタム入札ルール リソースを作成するリクエストは、エラーを返します。
