Crea un objeto de referencia de secuencia de comandos de ofertas personalizadas para un archivo de secuencia de comandos.
El objeto de referencia resultante proporciona una ruta de acceso del recurso a la cual se debe subir el archivo de la secuencia de comandos. Este objeto de referencia debe incluirse cuando se cree un nuevo objeto de secuencia de comandos de ofertas personalizadas.
