GvrKeyboardManager prefab
Enables Daydream controller based keyboard input in VR.
Required when using the GvrKeyboardCanvas
text input prefab. Must be a sibling to the main camera, so that the camera and GvrKeyboardManager
transforms share a common parent transform.
