بعد تلقي رسالة من مستخدم، يمكنك إرسال رد إلى متابعة المحادثة. يمكنك إرسال الرسائل إلى مستخدم خلال مدّة تصل إلى 30 يومًا بعد الرسالة الأخيرة للمستخدم.

يتواصل موظّفو الدعم مع المستخدمين من خلال إرسال الرسائل واستلامها. لإرسال الرسائل إلى المستخدمين، يرسِل وكيلك طلبات الرسائل إلى "الرسائل التجارية".

لإرسال رسالة، يمكنك إرسال طلب HTTP POST إلى Business Message API. تتضمن

  • معرّف رسالة فريد
  • معرّف المحادثة
  • محتوى الرسالة

عندما ترسل Business Message API رسالتك إلى المستخدم، تعرض 200 OK في حال كانت هناك قيم مطلوبة غير متوفّرة في رسالتك، سيتم استخدام واجهة برمجة التطبيقات تعرض الخطأ 400. إذا كانت الرسالة تستخدم بيانات اعتماد غير صالحة، ستعرض واجهة برمجة التطبيقات خطأ 401.

الاستراتيجية الاحتياطية
