Cada lista de usuários pode conter apenas um tipo de dados de clientes, conforme especificado por

O Google Ads só usará uma lista de usuários segmentados por lista de clientes se ela atender a um limite mínimo de usuários ativos no momento em que o anúncio é veiculado; usuários ativos é o número de usuários na sua lista que estão ativos no Gmail, na Pesquisa Google, no YouTube ou Tela. Envie pelo menos 5.000 membros para aumentar a chance de ter vídeos suficientes de usuários ativos e correspondentes para segmentação.
Fazer upload das informações de contato do usuário
Para fazer o upload de endereços de e-mail, endereços de correspondência ou números de telefone de usuários, defina
