Los diferentes tipos de hojas que pueden existir en una hoja de cálculo.
Para llamar a una enumeración, debes llamar a su clase superior, nombre y propiedad. Por ejemplo,
SpreadsheetApp.SheetType.GRID.
Propiedades

GRID | Enum | Una hoja que contiene una cuadrícula. Este es el tipo predeterminado. |
OBJECT | Enum | Una hoja que contiene un solo objeto incorporado, como un EmbeddedChart. |
