세 가지 기본 일치 키는 이메일 주소, 우편 주소, 전화번호입니다. 사용자 ID와 휴대기기 ID를 일치 키로 사용할 수 있지만 이러한 솔루션은 쿠키와 기기 ID를 사용하기 때문에 향후 지원이 불안정할 수 있습니다. 가능하면 CRM 또는 모바일 ID 대신 이메일 주소, 우편 주소, 전화번호와 같은 사용자 연락처 정보를 업로드하는 것이 좋습니다.
각 사용자 목록은 CrmBasedUserListInfo.upload_key_type

Google Ads에서는 광고가 게재될 때 최소 활성 사용자 기준을 충족하는 경우에만 고객 일치 타겟팅 사용자 목록을 타겟팅에 사용합니다. 활성 사용자 수는 목록에서 Gmail, Google 검색, YouTube 또는 디스플레이 네트워크를 이용 중인 사용자의 수입니다. 타겟팅할 수 있는 일치하는 활성 사용자가 충분히 확보될 수 있도록 회원 수를 5,000명 이상 업로드하세요.
사용자 연락처 정보 업로드
사용자 이메일 주소, 우편 주소 또는 전화번호를 업로드하려면 upload_key_type
를 CONTACT_INFO
로 설정하세요. 일치하려면 연락처 정보가 Google 계정과 연결되어야 하며 Google Workspace와 같은 회사 계정은 타겟팅할 수 없습니다.
개인 정보 보호 문제를 위해 이메일 주소, 이름, 성, 전화번호는 업로드하기 전에 SHA-256 알고리즘을 사용하여 해싱해야 합니다. 해시 결과를 표준화하려면 이러한 값 중 하나를 해싱하기 전에 다음 작업을 수행해야 합니다.
