Aggiornare un elenco con OfflineUserDataJobService

Una volta creati gli elenchi di clienti e impostato il targeting, è meglio aggiornarli regolarmente.

Per aggiornare gli elenchi con i dati più recenti, in genere è più efficiente aggiungere o rimuovere singoli utenti anziché rimuovere tutti gli utenti dall'elenco e caricarli da zero.

Aggiungere elementi a un elenco

Per aggiungere elementi a un elenco esistente, crea un OfflineUserDataJob nello stesso modo in cui lo faresti per creare un nuovo elenco di clienti.

Rimuovere singoli utenti utilizzando gli identificatori

Per rimuovere singoli utenti:

  • Imposta l'attributo remove su un OfflineUserDataJobOperation uguale a un oggetto UserData.

  • Aggiungi uno o più oggetti UserIdentifier al campo ripetuto user_identifiers[]. È possibile utilizzare un singolo identificatore utente per rimuovere un utente da un elenco, anche se sono stati inviati più identificatori corrispondenti all'utente.

Rimuovere tutti i dati dall'elenco contemporaneamente

Per rimuovere tutti gli utenti da un elenco, imposta remove_all su true in un OfflineUserDataJobOperation, quindi esegui una RunOfflineUserDataJob richiesta con il nome della risorsa associata all'operazione remove_all.

Tieni presente che quando viene inclusa un'operazione remove_all, deve essere la prima operazione in un job. In caso contrario, l'esecuzione del job restituirà un INVALID_OPERATION_ORDER errore. Per sostituire completamente i membri di un elenco di utenti con nuovi membri, ordina le operazioni in AddOfflineUserDataJobOperationsRequest in questa sequenza:

  1. Imposta remove_all su true in un OfflineUserDataJobOperation.

  2. Per ogni nuovo membro, aggiungi un'operazione create, impostando il relativo UserData in un OfflineUserDataJobOperation.

Le operazioni remove_all vengono eseguite ogni ora e potrebbero essere eseguite per un massimo di 24 ore.

Consigli per l'aggiornamento degli elenchi di clienti

Puoi recuperare consigli di tipo REFRESH_CUSTOMER_MATCH_LIST per identificare gli elenchi di clienti che non sono stati aggiornati da un po' di tempo. Questa opzione è particolarmente utile se sei un inserzionista di terze parti che consente ai propri utenti di gestire gli elenchi di clienti.

Rimuovere un elenco

Utilizza il metodo UserListService.mutate_user_lists per inviare un'operazione remove utilizzando il nome della risorsa dell'elenco di utenti da rimuovere.

Aggiornare un elenco con UserDataService

UserDataService ha un limite di 10 operazioni e 100 user_identifiers totali per richiesta, quindi è più adatto per piccoli aggiornamenti. Ad esempio, se ogni oggetto UserData ha un UserIdentifier per hashed_email e un altro UserIdentifier per hashed_phone_number, la richiesta può contenere al massimo 50 oggetti UserData.

UserDataService contiene il metodo UploadUserData, che accetta un UploadUserDataRequest. Oltre a customer_id, UploadUserDataRequest accetta un elenco di operazioni per creare contatti e un campo obbligatorio chiamato customer_match_user_list_metadata, che viene compilato con il nome della risorsa dell'elenco per il remarketing da scegliere come target.

Per iniziare, crea un'istanza UploadUserDataRequest in cui compilare customer_id e customer_match_user_list_metadata:

Innanzitutto, aggiungi le operazioni all'oggetto UploadUserDataRequest. Ogni operazione contiene un campo create compilato con oggetti UserData che contengono una o più istanze UserIdentifier. Ogni UserIdentifier contiene un'informazione di identificazione o può essere uno di diversi tipi, ciascuno descritto di seguito.

Il caricamento dell'attributo address_info dell'utente è simile al caricamento degli indirizzi email degli utenti. Cambiare il livello di targeting degli elenchi

Se devi cambiare il livello di destinazione dell'elenco, ad esempio dal targeting a livello di gruppo di annunci a quello a livello di campagna, consulta la guida al passaggio da un livello di targeting all'altro.

Controllare il rendimento dell'elenco

Per raccogliere i dati sul rendimento dei segmenti di pubblico, effettua una richiesta di ricerca per la risorsa ad_group_audience_view o campaign_audience_view. Ad esempio, puoi esaminare conversions o cost_per_conversion per determinare se il targeting del segmento di pubblico sta effettivamente generando un aumento delle conversioni, quindi modificare di conseguenza i modificatori di offerta.
