Para chamar um tipo enumerado, chame a classe mãe, o nome e a propriedade dele. Por exemplo,
SpreadsheetApp.SheetType.GRID.
Propriedades

GRID | Enum | Uma folha com uma grade. Esse é o modo padrão. |
