Las conversiones avanzadas de clientes potenciales te permiten mejorar la precisión de la medición de conversiones sin conexión mediante la carga de conversiones de clics que contienen identificadores de usuario con codificación hash y algunos detalles adicionales opcionales que ayudan a Google Ads a vincular la conversión con el anuncio que generó el cliente potencial.

Puedes subir conversiones avanzadas de clientes potenciales a través de la IU de Google Ads, como se describe en el Centro de ayuda, o de la API de Google Ads, como se describe en esta guía.

Diseña tu integración

Flujo de uso

A continuación, se muestra el flujo general para subir conversiones avanzadas de clientes potenciales en la API de Google Ads.

  1. Asegúrate de haber implementado los requisitos previos, que incluyen lo siguiente:

    1. Habilita el seguimiento de conversiones.

    2. Acepte las condiciones sobre los datos del cliente.

    3. Configura el etiquetado en los formularios de clientes potenciales de tu sitio web.

  2. Normaliza y genera un hash para los datos de clientes potenciales, como la dirección de correo electrónico, el número de teléfono y la dirección de correo postal.

  3. Coloca los datos de clientes potenciales normalizados y con codificación hash en objetos ClickConversion. Para cada ClickConversion:

    1. Propaga user_identifiers con los datos de clientes potenciales normalizados y con codificación hash. Si tienes varios identificadores de usuario disponibles, crea un UserIdentifier independiente para cada uno, con hasta cinco identificadores.

    2. Opcional pero muy recomendable: Propaga order_id.

    3. (Opcional) Propaga gclid para obtener la medición más precisa.

    4. A partir de la versión v15 de la API de Google Ads, debes propagar el campo consent del objeto ClickConversion.

    5. Configura conversion_action en el nombre del recurso de un ConversionAction con un type de UPLOAD_CLICKS. Debe ser el nombre del recurso del ConversionAction que creaste cuando implementaste los requisitos previos.

  4. Sube las operaciones de creación de ClickConversion a ConversionUploadService y establece partial_failure en true.

  5. Revisa tus cargas.

Prácticas recomendadas

Ten en cuenta las siguientes prácticas recomendadas cuando implementes las conversiones avanzadas de clientes potenciales.

Incluye varios identificadores, si los tienes

Si asignas un order_id a una conversión, te recomendamos que la incluyas. Si tienes el gclid para una conversión, te recomendamos que lo envíes junto con user_identifiers para mejorar el rendimiento. Además, si tienes más de un UserIdentifier para la conversión, incluir varios elementos puede mejorar las probabilidades de que haya una coincidencia. Incluye todos los identificadores en el mismo ClickConversion.

Revisa los errores parciales cuando configures tu integración

Cuando configures por primera vez tus conversiones avanzadas de clientes potenciales, revisa y corrige cualquier error parcial en el campo partial_failure_error de la respuesta. Si hay problemas en tu configuración, deberás inspeccionar este campo para investigarlos y solucionarlos. A medida que revises los errores parciales, consulta la tabla de errores comunes en la guía de solución de problemas. Una vez que resuelvas los problemas que generaron errores parciales y se complete tu integración, comienza a usar el diagnóstico de datos sin conexión para revisar con regularidad el estado de tus conversiones.

Agrupa varias conversiones en una sola solicitud

Si tienes que subir varias conversiones, agrupa las operaciones en un lote de UploadClickConversionsRequest, en lugar de enviar una solicitud de carga por conversión.

Consulta la guía de cuotas para conocer los límites en la cantidad de conversiones por solicitud.

Si deseas que el diagnóstico de datos sin conexión agrupe un conjunto de solicitudes en el mismo trabajo lógico, configura job_id de todas las solicitudes en el mismo valor. Esto puede ser útil si tienes un solo trabajo o proceso que sube una gran cantidad de conversiones mediante varias solicitudes. Si configuras job_id en cada una de esas solicitudes con el mismo valor, puedes recuperar una sola entrada para el trabajo desde job_summaries. Si, en cambio, permites que la API de Google Ads asigne un valor generado por el sistema al job_id de cada solicitud, el job_summaries contendrá una entrada separada para cada solicitud, lo que podría dificultar el análisis del estado general de tu trabajo.

Subir todos los eventos de conversión sin conexión disponibles

Para garantizar informes de conversiones completos y precisos, sube todos los eventos de conversión sin conexión disponibles, incluidos aquellos que no provengan de Google Ads.

Si subes todos los eventos de conversión, se generarán errores CLICK_NOT_FOUND en los eventos que no sean de Google Ads. Dado que se esperan estos errores cuando se suben todos los eventos de conversión, UploadClickConversionsRequest tiene un campo debug_enabled.

  • Si debug_enabled es false o no se establece, la API de Google Ads solo realiza una validación de entrada básica, omite las verificaciones de carga posteriores y muestra el resultado correcto incluso si no se encuentra ningún clic para la user_identifiers proporcionada.

    Esta es la opción predeterminada.

  • Si debug_enabled es true, la API de Google Ads realiza todas las validaciones y muestra un error CLICK_NOT_FOUND para cualquier ClickConversion en la que no se genere ninguna conversión de Google Ads para el user_identifiers proporcionado.

Durante las etapas de desarrollo y prueba, puedes establecer debug_enabled como true para identificar problemas. Por ejemplo, si tienes un conjunto de conversiones y user_identifiers que sabes que provienen de conversiones de Google Ads, puedes usar el parámetro de configuración true para validar que esas cargas no generen un error CLICK_NOT_FOUND. Sin embargo, cuando continúes más allá del desarrollo y las pruebas, te recomendamos que configures debug_enabled como false para evitar errores excesivos.

No usar datos de atribución externa

No configures external_attribution_data en ClickConversion ni especifiques una conversion_action que use un modelo de atribución externa. Google Ads no admite las conversiones atribuidas externamente para las cargas que utilizan identificadores.

Prepara los datos para la carga

Por cuestiones de privacidad, antes de subir los siguientes datos, se debe generar un hash con SHA-256:

  • Dirección de correo electrónico
  • Número de teléfono
  • Nombre
  • Apellido
  • Dirección

No generes un hash en los siguientes datos:

  • País
  • Estado
  • Ciudad
  • Código postal

Cómo revisar tus cargas

Usa el diagnóstico de datos sin conexión para revisar el estado general de tus cargas recientes. Ten en cuenta que el éxito de la carga no significa necesariamente que las cargas tengan coincidencias.
