Sie können die Google Ads API verwenden, um Offline-Aufrufe Conversions in Google Ads um zu erfassen, wann Anzeigen zu Anrufen führen zu wertvollen Kundenaktionen.

Wenn es für einen Anruf keine Google-Weiterleitungsnummer gibt, lässt sich ein Click-to-Call nicht als Conversion hochladen. Ohne Google-Weiterleitung kann Google nicht sicher sein, dass der Klick zu einem Anruf und dann zu einer Conversion führen. Wenn ein Klick auf diese Weise hochgeladen wird, wird er vom Conversion-Aktion aus.

Die Zuordnung zur Google Ads-Benutzeroberfläche entspricht der Verwendung der Conversion Uploads. Quelle und wählen Sie dann Anruf-Conversions aus.

Anruf-Conversion erstellen

Beachten Sie beim Erstellen von CallConversion Folgendes:

  • Ab Version 15 der Google Ads API sollten Sie das Feld consent des CallConversion-Objekt.

  • Das Attribut partial_failure des UploadCallConversionsRequest sollte immer auf true festgelegt sein. Teilfehler verfolgen Richtlinien beim Umgang mit gültigen und fehlgeschlagenen Operationen.

  • Wenn Sie auf eine TOO_RECENT_CONVERSION_ACTION oder TOO_RECENT_CALL Antwortnachricht auf eine Conversion-Anfrage hochladen, warten Sie 6 oder 12 Stunden, bevor Sie die fehlerhaften Zeilen noch einmal senden.

  • Es dauert bis zu drei Stunden, bis importierte Conversion-Statistiken in Ihrem Google Ads-Konto angezeigt werden.

  • Wenn Sie doppelte Conversions hochladen (d. h. eine CallConversion mit einem caller_id, conversion_date_time und conversion_action wurden zuvor hochgeladen wurde, wird der Fehler CALL_CONVERSION_ALREADY_EXISTS zurückgegeben.

    • Wenn eine Anfrage mehrere Vorgänge für dieselbe Conversion enthält, wird ein DUPLICATE_CALL_CONVERSION_IN_REQUEST-Fehler zurückgegeben.

Anruf-Conversion hochladen

Um Ihre Offline-Anruf-Conversions einer Conversion-Aktion zuzuordnen, benötigen die folgenden Informationen: die Anrufer-ID (Telefonnummer), Datum und Uhrzeit der Conversion, Name der Conversion-Aktion und optional den Conversion-Wert und die Währung ConversionUploadService Weitere Informationen zu den verschiedenen Eingaben finden Sie in der Hilfe . Voraussetzungen

Beim Hochladen eines Videos müssen mehrere Anforderungen erfüllt sein. CallConversion

Um den Fehler ConversionUploadError.INVALID_CONVERSION_ACTION zu vermeiden, gibt der Parameter Attribut conversion_action muss sich auf eine ConversionAction beziehen, wobei Folgendes gilt:

  • ConversionActionType ist UPLOAD_CALLS

  • Die status von ConversionAction ist ENABLED. Andernfalls schlägt der Vorgang mit dem folgenden Fehler fehl: NO_CONVERSION_ACTION_FOUND Fehler.

  • Die ConversionAction ist im Google Ads-Conversion-Kunden der im Google Ads-Konto angemeldet sind.

Außerdem müssen folgende Bedingungen erfüllt sein:

  • Zum Zeitpunkt des Anrufs war das Conversion-Tracking in der Google Ads-Conversion-Kunde des Google Ads-Kontos des Anrufs.

  • Der customer_id des UploadCallConversionsRequest muss die Kundennummer der Google Ads-Conversion sein. Kunde von mit dem Google Ads-Konto des Anrufs. Andernfalls führt der Conversion-Upload zu einer ConversionUploadError.INVALID_CUSTOMER_FOR_CALL Fehler.

  • conversion_value muss größer oder gleich null sein.
