Después de crear tus listas de clientes y configurar la segmentación, se recomienda actualizarlas con frecuencia.
Para actualizar tus listas con los datos más recientes, suele ser más eficiente agregar o quitar usuarios individuales que quitar a todos los usuarios de la lista y subirlos desde cero.

Para adjuntar un elemento a una lista existente, crea un OfflineUserDataJob
de la misma manera que lo harías cuando creas una lista de clientes nueva.
