Aktualizowanie listy za pomocą OfflineUserDataJobService
Po utworzeniu list klientów i skonfigurowaniu kierowania najlepiej jest je regularnie odświeżać.
Aby zaktualizować listy o najnowsze dane, zazwyczaj lepiej jest dodawać lub usuwać poszczególnych użytkowników, zamiast usuwać wszystkich użytkowników z listy i przesyłać je od nowa.
Dodawanie do listy
Aby dodać rekordy do istniejącej listy, utwórz OfflineUserDataJob
w taki sam sposób jak podczas tworzenia nowej listy klientów.

Usuwanie poszczególnych użytkowników za pomocą identyfikatorów
Aby usunąć pojedynczych użytkowników:
Ustaw atrybut
remove
w obiekcieOfflineUserDataJobOperation
naUserData
.Dodaj co najmniej 1 obiekt
UserIdentifier
do powtarzalnego polauser_identifiers[]
. Aby usunąć użytkownika z listy, możesz użyć pojedynczego identyfikatora użytkownika, nawet jeśli przesłano więcej niż 1 identyfikator pasujący do tego użytkownika.
Jednoczesne usuwanie wszystkich danych z listy
Aby usunąć wszystkich użytkowników z listy, ustaw parametr remove_all
na true
w interfejsie OfflineUserDataJobOperation
, a następnie prześlij żądanie RunOfflineUserDataJob
z nazwą zasobu powiązaną z operacją remove_all
.
Pamiętaj, że jeśli używasz operacji remove_all
, musi ona być pierwszą operacją w zadaniu. Jeśli nie, uruchomienie zadania spowoduje błąd INVALID_OPERATION_ORDER
. Aby całkowicie zastąpić członków listy użytkowników nowymi członkami, wykonaj operacje AddOfflineUserDataJobOperationsRequest
w tej kolejności:
Ustaw
remove_all
natrue
w sekcjiOfflineUserDataJobOperation
.Dla każdego nowego członka dodaj operację
create
, ustawiając jegoUserData
w tablicyOfflineUserDataJobOperation
.
Operacje remove_all
są wykonywane co godzinę i mogą trwać do 24 godzin.
Rekomendacje dotyczące odświeżania listy klientów
Możesz pobierać rekomendacje typu
REFRESH_CUSTOMER_MATCH_LIST
, aby identyfikować listy klientów, które nie były od jakiegoś czasu aktualizowane. Jest to szczególnie przydatne, jeśli jesteś reklamodawcą zewnętrznym, który umożliwia swoim użytkownikom zarządzanie listami klientów.
Więcej informacji o korzystaniu z rekomendacji znajdziesz w przewodniku Wynik optymalizacji i rekomendacje.
Usuwanie listy
Użyj metody UserListService.mutate_user_lists
, aby przesłać operację remove
z użyciem nazwy zasobu listy użytkowników, którą chcesz usunąć.
Aktualizowanie listy za pomocą usługi UserDataService
UserDataService
ma limit 10 operacji i 100 user_identifiers
na żądanie, więc lepiej nadaje się do małych aktualizacji. Jeśli na przykład każdy z obiektów UserData
ma jeden obiekt UserIdentifier
dla hashed_email
i drugi UserIdentifier
dla hashed_phone_number
, Twoja prośba może zawierać maksymalnie 50 obiektów UserData
.
Element UserDataService
zawiera metodę UploadUserData
, która przyjmuje argument UploadUserDataRequest
. Oprócz customer_id
funkcja UploadUserDataRequest
przyjmuje listę operacji do tworzenia kontaktów oraz wymagane pole o nazwie customer_match_user_list_metadata
, które jest wypełniane nazwą zasobu listy remarketingowej docelowej.
Najpierw utwórz instancję UploadUserDataRequest
, w której wypełnisz pola customer_id
i customer_match_user_list_metadata
:
// Creates a request to add user data operations to the user list based on email addresses.
String userListResourceName = ResourceNames.userList(customerId, userListId);
UploadUserDataRequest.Builder uploadUserDataRequest =
UploadUserDataRequest.newBuilder()
.setCustomerId(String.valueOf(customerId))
.setCustomerMatchUserListMetadata(
CustomerMatchUserListMetadata.newBuilder()
.setUserList(StringValue.of(userListResourceName))
.build());
Aby przesłać dane kontaktowe użytkownika, ustaw CrmBasedUserListInfo.upload_key_type
na CONTACT_INFO
.
Najpierw dodaj operacje do obiektu UploadUserDataRequest
. Każda operacja zawiera pole create
wypełnione obiektami UserData
, które zawierają co najmniej 1 instancję obiektu UserIdentifier
. Każdy element UserIdentifier
zawiera jeden element informacji identyfikujących lub może być jednym z kilku różnych typów, które są opisane poniżej.
Aby przesłać adresy e-mail klientów, utwórz nowy obiekt UserDataOperation
i wypełnij jego pole create obiektem UserData
. Obiekt UserData akceptuje listę user_identifiers
. Wypełnij pole hashed_email
adresami e-mail klientów.
ImmutableList<String> EMAILS =
ImmutableList.of("client1@example.com", "client2@example.com", " Client3@example.com ");
// Hash normalized email addresses based on SHA-256 hashing algorithm.
List<UserDataOperation> userDataOperations = new ArrayList<>(EMAILS.size());
for (String email : EMAILS) {
UserDataOperation userDataOperation =
UserDataOperation.newBuilder()
.setCreate(
UserData.newBuilder()
.addUserIdentifiers(
UserIdentifier.newBuilder()
.setHashedEmail(StringValue.of(toSHA256String(email)))
.build())
.build())
.build();
userDataOperations.add(userDataOperation);
}
uploadUserDataRequest.addAllOperations(userDataOperations);
Przesyłanie danych address_info
użytkownika jest podobne do przesyłania adresów e-mail użytkowników.
Zamiast jednak przekazywać wartość hashed_email
, wypełnij pole address_info
obiektem OfflineUserAddressInfo
zawierającym wartości first_name
, last_name
, country_code
i postal_code
użytkownika. Podobnie jak adresy e-mail, first_name
i last_name
są uważane za informacje umożliwiające identyfikację i przed przesłaniem muszą zostać zaszyfrowane.
String firstName = "Alex";
String lastName = "Quinn";
String countryCode = "US";
String postalCode = "94045";
UserIdentifier userIdentifierWithAddress =
UserIdentifier.newBuilder()
.setAddressInfo(
OfflineUserAddressInfo.newBuilder()
// First and last name must be normalized and hashed.
.setHashedFirstName(
StringValue.of(toSHA256String(firstName)))
.setHashedLastName(StringValue.of(toSHA256String(lastName)))
// Country code and zip code are sent in plaintext.
.setCountryCode(StringValue.of(countryCode))
.setPostalCode(StringValue.of(postalCode))
.build())

Po dodaniu operacji do wystąpienia UploadUserDataRequest
wywołaj metodę uploadUserData
w obiekcie UserDataServiceClient
, aby wysłać żądanie do serwera interfejsu Google Ads API. Aby sprawdzić, czy żądanie zostało zrealizowane, sprawdź liczbę operacji i czas przesyłania w obiekcie odpowiedzi. Pamiętaj, że wypełnienie listy użytkownikami może zająć kilka godzin.
// Creates the user data service client.
try (UserDataServiceClient userDataServiceClient =
googleAdsClient.getLatestVersion().createUserDataServiceClient()) {
// Add operations to the user list based on the user data type.
UploadUserDataResponse response =
userDataServiceClient.uploadUserData(uploadUserDataRequest.build());
// Displays the results.
// Reminder: it may take several hours for the list to be populated with members.
System.out.printf(
"Received %d operations at %s",
response.getReceivedOperationsCount().getValue(),
response.getUploadDateTime().getValue());
}
Zmiana poziomu kierowania listy
Jeśli chcesz zmienić poziom, na którym kierujesz reklamy na użytkowników z listy, np. z grupy reklam na kierowanie na poziomie kampanii, zapoznaj się z tym artykułem.
Sprawdzanie skuteczności listy
Aby zbierać dane o skuteczności dotyczące segmentów odbiorców, wyślij zapytanie o wyszukiwanie do zasobu ad_group_audience_view
lub campaign_audience_view
.
Możesz np. sprawdzić kolumnę conversions
lub cost_per_conversion
, aby ustalić, czy kierowanie na dany segment odbiorców rzeczywiście prowadzi do zwiększenia liczby konwersji, a potem odpowiednio dostosować modyfikatory stawek.
SELECT
ad_group_criterion.criterion_id,
metrics.conversions,
metrics.cost_per_conversion
FROM ad_group_audience_view
Zalecamy odczekanie co najmniej 2 tygodni przed optymalizacją stawek na podstawie liczby wizyt na koncie.
