Crear una campaña de máximo rendimiento

Con los recursos y el presupuesto requeridos, ahora se puede crear la campaña.

Las campañas de máximo rendimiento tienen un AdvertisingChannelType de PERFORMANCE_MAX. No se debe establecer ningún AdvertisingChannelSubType.

Las únicas ofertas admitidas estrategias son las siguientes:

Estrategias de oferta de cartera se crea con BiddingStrategyService no son con las campañas de máximo rendimiento. En lugar de crear varias campañas en una estrategia de oferta de cartera, utilizar menos campañas y mucho más grupos de recursos.
