Ao longo dos anos, apresentamos diversas tags e atributos para as extensões de sitemap do Google,
especificamente as extensões de imagem
e de vídeo. A maioria dessas tags
foi adicionada para permitir aos proprietários de sites enviar dados com mais facilidade para a Pesquisa.
Ao avaliar o valor das tags de extensão de sitemap do Google, decidimos descontinuar e remover da nossa documentação
algumas tags e atributos. As tags descontinuadas não
afetarão a indexação nem os recursos de pesquisa após 6 de agosto de 2022.
Se você é um desenvolvedor de plug-ins de sitemap ou gerencia seus próprios sitemaps, não precisa fazer
nada: é possível deixar esses atributos e tags no lugar sem desvantagens. No futuro,
o Search Console talvez mostre avisos quando essas atualizações forem incluídas nas próximas versões de esquema das
extensões de imagem e
vídeo.
