Blob.string(encoding)	문자열

인수	유형	세부정보
다음과 같은 경우: blob	blob
encoding	문자열, 기본값: null	blob을 디코딩할 때 사용할 문자 집합 인코딩입니다. 옵션에는 'US-ASCII', 'UTF-8', 'UTF-16'이 포함되지만 이에 국한되지 않습니다.
