設定具有指定 ID 的資產存取控制清單。
擁有者 ACL 無法變更，且資產的最終 ACL 是將舊 ACL 的 OWNER 項目與傳入的 ACL 記錄合併而建構而成。
如要設定資產的 ACL，通過驗證的使用者必須是資產的寫入者或擁有者。
