將 LineString、MultiLineString 和 LinearRing 幾何圖形轉換為 MultiLineString，方法是沿著長度將這些幾何圖形切成多個部分，且每個部分不得超過指定距離。所有其他幾何類型都會轉換為空白的 MultiLineString。
