Cria uma submatriz dividindo cada posição ao longo do eixo especificado de "start" (inclusivo) a "end" (exclusivo) em incrementos de "step". O resultado terá tantas dimensões quanto a entrada e o mesmo comprimento em todas as direções, exceto o eixo de segmentação, em que o comprimento será o número de posições de "start" a "end" por "step" que estão no intervalo do comprimento da matriz de entrada ao longo do "eixo". Isso significa que o resultado pode ter comprimento 0 ao longo do eixo especificado se start=end ou se os valores de início ou fim estiverem totalmente fora do intervalo.
