強制性函式，會透過 AJAX 呼叫傳回這個集合的所有已知資訊。
傳回集合說明，其中包含下列欄位：
- features：清單，內含集合中圖片的中繼資料。
- bands：字典，用於說明這個集合中圖片的波段。
- 屬性：選用字典，內含集合的中繼資料屬性。
