ee.List.splice

यह फ़ंक्शन, start index से शुरू करके सूची से count एलिमेंट हटाता है. साथ ही, उस जगह पर अन्य के कॉन्टेंट को डालता है. अगर start की वैल्यू नेगेटिव है, तो यह सूची के आखिर से पीछे की ओर गिनती करता है.
