지정된 백분위수를 계산하는 리듀서를 만듭니다. 예를 들어 [0, 50, 100] 이 주어지면 각각 최소값, 중앙값, 최대값이 있는 'p0', 'p50', 'p100'이라는 출력이 생성됩니다. 입력 수가 적은 경우 (최대 maxRaw) 백분위수가 직접 계산되고, 입력 수가 많은 경우 백분위수가 히스토그램에서 파생됩니다.
