Map.onChangeCenter
透過集合功能整理內容
你可以依據偏好儲存及分類內容。
註冊地圖中心點變更時觸發的回呼。在平移期間或以程式輔助方式變更地圖中心時，系統會觸發這個事件。
傳回可傳遞至 unlisten() 的 ID，用於取消註冊回呼。
