רישום של קריאה חוזרת (callback) שמופעלת כשגבולות המפה משתנים. האירוע הזה מופעל במהלך הזזה, זום וכשהגבולות של המפה משתנים באופן פרוגרמטי.
מחזירה מזהה שאפשר להעביר אל unlisten() כדי לבטל את הרישום של הקריאה החוזרת.
