지도 경계가 변경될 때 실행되는 콜백을 등록합니다. 이 이벤트는 이동, 확대/축소 중에 그리고 지도의 경계가 프로그래매틱 방식으로 변경될 때 발생합니다.
콜백을 등록 취소하기 위해 unlisten()에 전달할 수 있는 ID를 반환합니다.
