Registra um callback que é chamado quando o texto na caixa de texto muda.
Em especial, o callback é chamado quando:
- O usuário digita um novo valor e a caixa de texto perde o foco ou o usuário pressiona "Enter".
- Um novo valor é definido de forma programática com set('value', newValue).
Retorna um ID que pode ser transmitido para unlisten() para cancelar o registro da callback.
