חובה: המדיניות המלאה שתחול על resource. גודל המדיניות מוגבל לכמה עשרות קילובייט. מדיניות ריקה היא מדיניות תקינה, אבל יכול להיות ששירותים מסוימים של Google Cloud (כמו Projects) יידחו אותה.
