ee.Array.accum

Acumula elementos de un array a lo largo del eje determinado. Para ello, establece cada elemento del resultado en la reducción de los elementos a lo largo de ese eje hasta la posición actual inclusive. Se puede usar para crear una suma acumulativa, una secuencia que aumenta de forma monótona, etcétera.
