The min function selects the minimum value between two arrays on an element-wise basis.
It takes two arrays, left and right, as arguments and returns an array.
Examples in both JavaScript and Python demonstrate the element-wise minimum selection.
On an element-wise basis, selects the minimum of the first and second values.
Usage Returns Array. min (right)Array
