ארגומנט	סוג	פרטים
date	ComputedObject|Date|Number|String	התאריך להמרה, אחד מהבאים: מספר (מספר אלפיות השנייה מאז ראשית הזמן), מחרוזת תאריך בפורמט ISO, תאריך ב-JavaScript או ComputedObject.
tz	מחרוזת, אופציונלי	אזור זמן אופציונלי שמשמש רק עם תאריך מחרוזת.
