تنشئ هذه الدالة أداة تقليل تحسب مدرجًا تكراريًا للمدخلات باستخدام عدد ثابت من الخانات ذات العرض الثابت. يتم تجاهل القيم خارج النطاق [min, max). الناتج هو مصفوفة Nx2 من الحواف الدنيا للحزمة وعددها (أو الأعداد التراكمية) وهي مناسبة للاستخدام لكل بكسل.
