Crea un riduttore che calcola un istogramma degli input utilizzando un numero fisso di bin di larghezza fissa. I valori al di fuori dell'intervallo [min, max) vengono ignorati. L'output è un array Nx2 di limiti inferiori e conteggi (o conteggi cumulativi) dei bucket ed è adatto all'utilizzo per pixel.
