Enregistre un rappel qui est déclenché lorsque l'état du curseur change. Si la modification est due au fait que l'utilisateur a fait glisser le curseur, l'événement ne se déclenche qu'une fois le déplacement terminé.
Renvoie un ID qui peut être transmis à unlisten() pour annuler l'enregistrement du rappel.
