הצגת מדיניות בקרת הגישה של משאב. הפונקציה מחזירה מדיניות ריקה אם המשאב קיים ואין לו מדיניות מוגדרת.

כתובת ה-URL משתמשת בתחביר של Transcoding של gRPC.
