Memfilter koleksi menurut rentang tanggal. Awal dan akhir dapat berupa Tanggal, angka

(ditafsirkan sebagai milidetik sejak 1970-01-01T00:00:00Z), atau string (seperti '1996-01-01T08:00'). Berdasarkan properti 'system:time_start'.
